Home stretch

The remaining CGCs seem to be otw, and we are moving everything over to the new facilities.  So the final shipments should fulfill within the next couple weeks.

Some of the remaining hardcovers will also be outgoing.   There had been a severe printing problem that we had to fix that has now arrived so those will also be included in this shipment.

All of the absolutes are also on their way from the printer!

That will finish off this one and with our new facility, expect faster and better results moving forward.  Thank you all so much for your patience as we worked things out.  You are amazing and we will have some cool surprises here shortly.

White Widow #2 Update - IMPORTANT final day offers!

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM CAREFULLY REGARDING WHITE WIDOW #2 KICKSTARTER

We are making some last minute (upgrade) adjustments with just a little less than a day and a half left!  So please read this entire announcement CAREFULLY.  We are doing okay but I know we can do much better.  A lot of this delay we realize is because people were a BIT late in getting their rewards than we intended last time.  However, the artwork on this one is ALL in.  We go to press later this week on literally everything, and we have a whole new warehouse and fulfillment center that will be handling things to quickly handle this and all future sales.

Bottom line is -- we REALLY think we can reach at least $85k in these last day and a half... but of course we want you to get something out of helping us get there.  So here goes:

NEW BONUS COMIC

For REWARD TIERS 38 - 54 we are adding in some of the FEW REMAINING copies of White Widow #1 (First printing!) Emerald City Comic-Con Exclusive Covers!

This is a FIRST PRINTING of the 48 page version of the comic from the first kickstarter with artwork by JAMIE TYNDALL.  This is in addition to the bonus GENZOMAN covers to the upper tiers we explained here.  Quantities are EXTREMELY LIMITED so these will ONLY be available through the end of Kickstarter for those who selected those tier levels.  So if your base tier is different you may want to adjust.Also remember that everyone who does $250 total (including through add ons and in Backer Kit) will receive the exclusive 11x17" Jamie Tyndall Metal Print!

ADJUSTMENTS TO PUSH GOALS

So to make this REALLY worthwhile we are making the following adjustments

REWARD THIRTEEN -  $80,000 - Unlock the COMPLETE set of all 6 Coasters!

REWARD FOURTEEN - $85,000 - Unlock the COMPLETE set of all 10 Holo Foil Cards!

REWARD FIFTEEN - $90,000 - NEW Series by Jamie Tyndall and Benny Powell funded and includes an EXCLUSIVE DIGITAL PREVIEW BOOK once that is complete to EVERYONE!

REWARD SIXTEEN - $100,000 - Printed version of the new series' Preview Book Exclusive to ALL physically Shipping Reward Tiers!!!

This is highly possible.  The distance between these can be hit.  But it is entirely up to you guys.  Obviously $85k is the big target, but getting exclusive first looks at a new series that NOBODY ELSE WILL GET is kinda nice too, innit?

REWARD TIER 54 - LEGENDARY TREASURE

Currently there is only ONE person on this tier.  We set aside enough for 8 rewards.  One of THE BEST components of this tier are the ONE-OF-A-KIND press proof copies of each comic cover.  We divided them up thinking 8 people would receive into 3 random covers for each person.  Mind you... these are LITERALLY ONE OF A KIND books and come with certificates of authenticity!  But what we are going to do now instead is this...

HOWEVER MANY PEOPLE ARE IN ON THIS TIER WE WILL DIVIDE ALL OF THE PRESS PROOFS AMONG THEM EVENLY!  

That includes the added two new covers by Genzoman!  So if there's only ONE at this level, then only ONE person gets them all.  If it's two... then each will get half... and so on!AND this level gets ALL of the other perks.  Just a handful of these perks frankly are worth more than the price.  So if you've been thinking about it, now is definitely the time.  Plus it helps us unlock even more tier rewards!!!

One last bit... we've said this many times but PLEASE direct ALL QUESTIONS to [email protected] regarding this or ANY campaign.  Many people are getting upset because they are sending to the wrong place and multiple and so it becomes impossible to track which group has responded (or not) to what emails.  So we have designated this as the SOLE email source to handle.  So please do NOT send in anywhere else or you're unlikely to have your questions answered. 

Hardcovers and CGCs are inbound and they are the LAST components for many of you.  More to come!

WHITE WIDOW ISSUE 1 and ISSUE 2 update

QUICK UPDATE

We are going to include an EXCLUSIVE bonus reward to all the backers that have pledged over $250.00 for the ISSUE 2 kickstarter. We will be including this 11 x 17 Kickstarter Exclusive Metal print to all our backers that pledge $250.00 or more. This will also include all the backers that make additional pledges towards a total of 250.00 or more in BACKERKIT for additional items after the kickstarter campaign is over. 

We wouldn't be able to put out this book without the help of everyone on kickstarter. Once we hit 50,000 we will be announcing more Rewards for all tiers. 

ALSO.... We we will be revealing a NEW EXCLUSIVE COVER in the next couple days by a guest artist that has now joined the WHITE WIDOW team.

UPDATE ON ISSUE 1 WHITE WIDOW

Our Issue one kickstarters are almost all mailed out. We are in the last groups now and expect them to all be shipped out by the end of next week. The kickstarters with the CGC will take a little longer. We submitted over 400 books for CGC so these will take time. Once they come in we will send them out with all your great books. These kickstarters might come in more then one package. A tracking number will be emailed automatically to you so you can track your packages in transit. We will send out an update as soon as they are on the way.

I wanted to send out a big thank you to all of you who have been patient with us getting all of these packages out. It is a monumental task. We have learned from it and will be setting up the next kickstarter in a distribution center. This will allow us to quickly get all the great rewards out to you our awesome backers quicker and on time. 

Thank you to all that have backed this project and my other kickstarters. Your generosity in funding these projects have given me the chance to bring more great art from other artists and myself to all of you.

Quick update on mailing out Issue 1

Hey Everyone.

This is a quick update on the Issue 1 mailing. We have mailed out just over 630 of the 1000 kickstarters over the last two weeks. We are aiming to get the rest out next week. The ones with cgc will take a little longer. The cgc books are already at CGC and are in the process of being graded. I wanted to send out my thanks to all of the backers that have been patient and supported this project. We have learned a lot from it and have already started applying those lessons to the next issue which is on kickstarter as well. 

Some people asked why we launched one kickstarter while the other was just shipping out. Its because we are trying something new in the world of comic book publishing. We are trying to combine the community we established on kickstarter with the entire comic book community. By offering our backers something special that's not in the stores. We wanted to make the experience on kickstarter with our titles unique for collectors and our fans. The kickstarter for issue one did something that has not happened in the comic book industry for a while.  We became an overnight hit and this would not have been possible with out your help.  I  wanted to send a very big thank you to all the backers that went out of their way to promote this issue. Because of your excitement and word of mouth we  sold out of our two retailer versions in all the stores that ordered it. We ended up having to go to a second printing with new covers. This success is really not that common in the comic book industry for a new title from an unknown publisher.  If it wasn't for all your help this would not have happened and our dream of bringing some very cool stories to you would be a fantasy. 

 We want to be able to launch various titles on a monthly basis and offer the same awesome rewards and books that you will enjoy. Funding an ongoing comic book series takes a lot of capital and blood and sweat. With your help we are able to achieve this goal. We want to be able to ensure your kickstarters always get to you and your never left hanging. Again I wanted to thank all of you for your support and patience. 

We have a lot of great things in the works and here is a little spoiler. I am starting the design work on our two new villians.. THE BLOOD WIDOW AND THE RECLUSE..... enough said. (quote wolverine.)
